KPI Sentry is a dashboard monitoring service that allows you to forward reports via email, track key metrics, and receive alerts when your data drifts outside normal ranges. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• The accuracy of information you provide and forward to our service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to KPI Sentry. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in your service agreement. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KPI Sentry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination subject to your plan limitations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
